I started kung fu later than I would have liked at an age of 22. Brett and I started at the same time with a few other friends, which made it easier to practice more often. I have been very fortunate to have had the privilege of been taught by Master Leo Sebregts and his two son's Si Fu Frank Sebregts and Si Fu Bruce Sebregts. I have been involved in passing along knowledge for about 20 years and running of the Buccleuch branch under the auspices of Si Fu Frank Sebregts. Competing in China in 1998 was a realization of a dream and a great honour. Winning is great but having fun makes it. The "Kung Fu" paid off.
