Not loosing weight but putting it on from Eating Healthy? This one really sucks! This is because eating healthy is essential for great health... (Isn't it?), there are many healthy foods that are so calorically dense that they should only be eaten in small amounts - otherwise they will make you put on weight - Nuts and dried fruit are 2 such culprits. Others include oils, seeds, yoghurt and fruit juices...
Take almonds for example, 100g contains about 2550 kilojoules (600 calories)...! And we seldom eat just 100g of nuts - Pour a 100g of almonds into the palm of your hand and you'll see how little it is.
A standard small packet (200g) can be as much as 5100 kilojoules (1200 calories)! So don’t go over board just cause they healthy.
