Si-Fu Frank Sebregts has trained in the Leong Cheung family system for the past 29 years and has completed the Shaolin Martial Art Center syllabus.

These are the senior instructors for the various classes. We also have approximately 10 to 15 helper instructors that assist in the various classes.
